Since the cargo was expensive, the owner could not throw it away, and that's how tea with bergamot oil was sold. "Spoiled" tea was well-liked by the English and since then, it has been very popular all over the world. Useful properties: bergamot has soothing properties, improves metabolism, is good for flu and colds.
